I use my camera like a
sketchbook. For me, these photos exist as records
of things I saw and want to ponder. There is something
in all of them that caught my eye and my imagination.
Often some bit of the image works its way back into
my drawings or sculpture. I invite you to enjoy them
as an insight into my process.
The photos of India were
taken during a trip in the winter of 2000.

called Form Studies
that I took recently in my studio. I was looking at
glass elements against a misaligned anatomical chart
and became interested in the relationships between
the abstract forms and the language and descriptions
of anatomy.
